Southeast Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan

WHAT IS IT?
The Southeast Neighborhood Traffic Management Plan (SE NTMP) is a community based planning effort for traffic issues on neighborhood/local streets. Planning issues involving speeding, cut-through traffic, traffic safety, and lack of bicycle and pedestrian ways are included.

WHERE IS IT?
The SE NTMP project boundaries are Lieser/87th to the city limits in the east and NE 18th St. to the Columbia River.
