

Downtown Transportation System Plan
What is it?
The Downtown Transportation System Plan (D-TSP) is a community based
planning effort for transportation improvements within the downtown core of the
City. The Downtown TSP sets forth policy direction and project improvements that
should be advanced within the next 20-years to accommodate the planned growth
within the city center. The Downtown TSP supports the implementation of the
city's Comprehensive Plan in additional to the Esther Short Sub Area
Redevelopment Plan.
Where is it?
The Downtown Transportation System Plan project boundaries are Fourth Plain
Blvd south to the Columbia River and E Reserve Street west to the BNSF railroad
tracks.
