Skateboarding & BMX Bicycling

City of Vancouver's helmet law
Note: This law only applies to parks located inside the city of Vancouver (Swift Skate Park, Endeavor Neighborhood Park and Gretchen Fraser Neighborhood Park).

There are a number of different parks in Clark County where skateboarders and BMX bicyclists of all ages can ride.

Skateparks and extreme sports parks are large (10,000 square feet or larger) concrete spaces with a number of different riding terrains. They are built at larger community parks, which usually feature restrooms and parking lots.

Skate spots are small spaces (1,000-3,000 square feet) with1-3 small concrete street features. They are usually built at small neighborhood parks, which do not have restrooms or parking. These parks are meant to be walked, biked or skated to.
