has picnic tables, paved walkway, and a restroom.
September, 2009: The Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce that construction of the Wintler Park Trail Extension is complete and the trail is now open for use. This extension provides a continuous connection for users from the park to the Columbia River Renaissance Trail.
