The Parks Foundation was established in 1999 to provide a stable source of funding for parks and recreation services and programs in Clark County. Its volunteer board of directors, comprised of local citizen representing all of Clark County, oversees fundraising efforts and the allocation of donations to parks departments within Clark County for both general purposes and specific projects. The Parks Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation.
